TRUSTED EXPERIENCE

I am a roster mediator with the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program (OMMP) since 2003 experienced in a broad range of mediation issues, specializing in workplace conflict.
My qualifications and experience involve a variety of conflict resolution methods including mediation, restorative justice forums, coaching, training, team building and negotiations.
While based in Kingston, Ontario I travel freely to Toronto and Ottawa for OMMP mediations and elsewhere for other mediation work.

Mediation is the preferred route for addressing disputes and conflict as an alternative to litigation in the court system. Of great significance is that in mediation you are the decision maker and retain control over how you wish to deal with your dispute or conflict. MY VISION AND VALUES

In mediation, I strive to help the Parties reach full understanding and tolerance of one another to the extent that they can effectively exchange ideas and opinions in the pursuit of resolution of their conflict.

I believe in transparency, diligence, human kindness and adherence to the Ethics of Mediation (as per the A.D.R. Institute of Canada).
